Target Companies & Contacts

We create searches for you in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, targeting companies that align with your market value and the executive contacts who are potential hiring managers. We do the same for Venture Capital and Private Equity firms with portfolio companies in your space and identify the contacts there who influence the hiring process.

Strategy & Messaging

We create customized scripts to effectively communicate to people you know that you are actively looking for a new role. We also develop 5-message scripts to connect you with people you do not know that effectively communicate you are looking. This type of “cold outreach” requires a professional multi-step process to facilitate engagement, and it works!

Communication Tools

We provide you with a Sales Automation Platform (SAP) that interfaces with Sales Navigator that generates communication between you and the targeted contacts via LinkedIn.  We also set up a Slack channel for you for regular touch with your TLG team - the Project Manager and Consultant leading your campaign.

Project Management & Training

A dedicated TLG Project Manager will meet with you weekly to execute the following:

  • Create the targeted company and VC/PE searches in your Sales Navigator

  • Create and review scripts with you for each search campaign

  • Load targeted contacts and scripts into the SAP

  • Help you stay on top of communication and interview activity with potential employers

  • Provide training for you on the SAP and Sales Navigator
