Interview, Strategy, Preparation, & Follow Up

Our Partners have successfully coached hundreds of candidates like you through the interview process. Before each interview, we meet with you to discuss strategy and help you form questions to ask during the interview to assess the overall fit. We help you determine what “the most important things are” for each interview, so you are better prepared than those you are competing against. After each interview, we meet with you to debrief and provide direction on what to say and when during your follow-up communication to keep the process moving forward.

Negotiating the Offer

We successfully negotiate offers for executives every week, but we do so on behalf of the hiring companies. This gives us “real-time” market data on salary, bonus, and equity packages and an understanding of where the soft spots are. We use this information to help you safely negotiate more cash compensation and equity, which is measured in tens of thousands of dollars and sometimes hundreds of thousands of dollars a year! We tell you exactly what to say and when to close on the new job you want with the best possible financial results.
