Introductory sessions (45 min.) are available to learn more about TLG Coaching and to help you decide if coaching is the right choice for you at this time. The fee for an Introductory Session is $85. Coaching takes place in 45-minutes phone sessions, and you may choose to meet either 2 or 3 times per month. E-mail check-ins (optional) may be helpful to you after completing specific goals or if you feel "stuck" between scheduled sessions. A minimum commitment of 3 months is required. Group Coaching

Communication Coaching

I offer work teams a holistic approach to employee relations and the opportunity to create a more productive and satisfying work environment. Coaching sessions are usually 60 minutes. The group can choose to meet two or three times per month. Fees depend upon group size and frequency of sessions.

Facilitation

Are you planning a group meeting and desire an outside facilitator? I'm available to facilitate your meeting so all employees can fully participate in the process. You'll even have FUN! Fees depend upon length and structure of the meeting.

Mediation

Is a breakdown in communication causing loss of productivity, tension and unnecessary stress on employees? As a neutral facilitator, I offer parties an opportunity to have a productive conversation. With the support of a structured process, parties can safely explore their conflict and begin to rebuild trust in their relationship. This builds the foundation upon which they can negotiate how they'll work together in the future. Please contact me for more information and the current hourly rate.
